We are a specialty oyster bar, not a seafood restaurant that happens to serve oysters. Every week a different selection lands on the ice — France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Japan and local Thai waters — so the board you see tonight is not the board you saw last month.
Sit at the shucking counter and watch your order opened to order, or take a table with a bottle from the wine list. Our team will read the board with you and build a tasting flight around what you like: lean and briny, or creamy and sweet.

Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome, but weekends and December to March fill up. Call or message on LINE to hold a seat at the shucking counter.
Which oysters do you have this week?
The board changes weekly. Message us and we will send tonight’s list before you come.
Do you deliver oysters on Koh Samui?
Yes. We deliver live oysters island-wide, opened or unopened, with ice, lemon and mignonette. Same-day orders before 3 pm.
Can you cater a villa party or wedding?
Yes. Our Let’s Shellabrate service brings a live shucking station and a shucker to your venue anywhere on the island.
